LifeGym is a boutique performance lab focused on strength and better movement, with coaching built for the long run. We train with intention, not urgency. We build strength, mobility, and resilience that support real life. We blend what science proves with what experience teaches, and we choose progress over pressure.

There is an older idea behind it, too. The ancient gymnásion was a place to train and become, not just to work out. LifeGym takes that spirit and makes it practical: training that serves your life – now and later. No crowds. No trends. No shortcuts. Just training, done properly.

Why LifeGym Exists

LifeGym is where training becomes sustainable – and enjoyable. Philip spent years avoiding gyms, not because health didn’t matter, but because the whole experience felt wrong. Then 1:1 coaching changed everything: training became clear, structured, and genuinely impactful.

When Janina joined him, the gap became obvious. The coaching worked, but the environment didn’t: noise, harsh visuals, and an energy that made it hard to want to return. So they built LifeGym – a calm, private, design-led boutique performance lab.

Philip

Co-founder Philip brings ideas to life. A former startup founder and corporate CEO, he defined LifeGym’s healthspan philosophy – drawing on leading longevity research – and set the standards behind how LifeGym trains. He also helped bring together the coaching team that carries those standards into every session.

Janina

Co-founder Janina is the reason LifeGym feels the way it does. As the founder of STARS EVENTS, she has spent years creating premium experiences where every detail matters. She brought that same mindset to the Lab – a calm, private space with a quiet-luxury aesthetic, shaped through light, materials, flow, and privacy.

We believe the most effective training happens when you have the flexibility to focus on progress without the friction of a long-term contract. You invest in the expertise of your coach and a training environment designed for high-level execution, ensuring every session moves you closer to your goals.

Every member starts with a check of their movement and capacity. We need to know where you start to build your plan.

Your training program is built specifically for you by your lead coach. It is updated weekly based on your performance data.

The Boutique Performance Lab

LifeGym is the opposite of a busy commercial gym – it is a tréninková laboratoř (training laboratory) designed for focus. Through the use of natural materials, specific lighting, and intentional flow, the space is curated to help you decompress and prioritize the training.
